These terms govern any service booked, ordered or delivered by MetaSEOTools, 3 All. Sainte-Hélène, 56400 Auray, France (support@metaseotools.com), whether through this website’s checkout or agreed directly following a discovery call.
Our services, packages and prices are published on /pricing/ and on each service page, shown ex-VAT (HT). French TVA at 20% is added at checkout for applicable billing; EU business customers with a valid VAT number are zero-rated under the reverse charge mechanism, subject to verification on the invoice; non-EU billing addresses are zero-rated. Prices may be updated from time to time; the price in effect at the time you place an order is the price that applies to that order.
Placing an order or booking a service constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept when your order is confirmed at checkout. For monthly retainers, the engagement continues month to month from the start date agreed at kickoff until ended under the cancellation terms below. For one-off projects (audits, migrations, consulting days, training), the engagement is complete on delivery of the agreed scope.
Each package’s inclusions are stated in full on its service page and in your order confirmation. Work outside that stated scope — including paid advertising, website builds, content writing beyond what a package specifies, and guaranteed rankings or link counts — is not included unless separately agreed in writing.
Full cancellation and refund terms are set out on our Refund Policy, including the 30 days’ notice for retainers and the staged refund terms for one-off projects. This section forms part of these terms by reference.
You’re responsible for providing timely access, approvals and information reasonably needed for us to deliver the service (for example, CMS or analytics access, content sign-off, or accurate business information). Delays caused by missing access or approvals may affect delivery timelines stated on a service page.
We don’t guarantee search rankings, traffic figures, link counts or any other outcome dependent on third-party search engines or publishers. We commit to the scope, method and turnaround stated for each package and to honest reporting on results.
To the extent permitted by French law, our liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business or data, except where such liability cannot be excluded under French or EU law.
Deliverables produced specifically for you (reports, briefs, audits) are yours to use once paid for in full. We retain our own underlying methods, templates and tools.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent French courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence if you’re an EU consumer.
