Refund Policy

Monthly retainers

Monthly retainers are billed in advance and may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice, given at any time to support@metaseotools.com. The current month is non-refundable once work has begun on it.

One-off projects

For one-off projects — audits, migrations and similar fixed-scope work:

• Full refund if you cancel before work has started.
• 50% refund if you cancel after research or work has begun but before delivery.
• Non-refundable once the agreed deliverable has been delivered.

Your EU right of withdrawal

If you’re an EU consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from an order within 14 days of placing it, without giving a reason. If you expressly ask us to begin work before that 14-day period ends, you’re agreeing to waive this right once the service has been fully performed — this is confirmed explicitly at checkout before you place an order.

Consultations

Any booked consultation — the free discovery call or a paid Consulting Day, Strategy Half-Day or Team Training Day — can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice on a paid consultation are handled under the one-off project terms above.

How to request a refund or cancellation

Email support@metaseotools.com with your order reference. We’ll confirm what applies and process any refund due to your original payment method within a reasonable time.
