Cancel any monthly retainer with 30 days' written notice. No exit fee, no minimum term.

Being specific about price means being specific about scope too. Here's what these prices don't cover:

  • Paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads) — we're an organic-search specialist, not a media buyer.
  • Website design or development builds — Technical SEO Audit diagnoses; a separate scoped project covers a rebuild.
  • Content writing itself on the On-Page & Content retainer, unless agreed separately — we brief and review; see that service page.
  • Guaranteed rankings or guaranteed link counts, on any service — nobody can honestly promise either.
  • Social media management.
  • Ongoing work beyond a package's stated cap (URLs, hours, briefs) without an agreed adjustment first.

Pricing questions

Are these prices ex-VAT?
Yes. All prices shown are ex-VAT (HT). French TVA at 20% is added at checkout for French and EU consumer billing. EU business customers with a valid VAT number are zero-rated under the reverse-charge mechanism, shown clearly on the invoice. Non-EU billing addresses are zero-rated.

Can I buy a retainer and a one-off audit in the same order?
Yes. The cart splits what’s due today — one-off fees plus the first month of any retainer — from what continues monthly, so the total is never a surprise at checkout.

Can I cancel a retainer part-way through a month?
You can give 30 days’ written notice at any time. The current month, once work has begun, is non-refundable — see the full terms on /refund-policy/.

Do prices ever change mid-retainer?
Not without telling you first. If a genuine scope change means a different tier fits better, we’ll say so and agree it with you before anything changes.

Is the discovery call really free?
Yes — 30 minutes, no cost, no obligation. It isn’t a cart item because a €0 checkout doesn’t need one; just book it through the contact form.
