Frequently asked questions

Won't this just create dependency on more consulting?

The opposite is the point. Training and strategy days are built to make you less reliant on us, not more. The only recurring option is Monthly Advisory, capped at 4 hours a month and framed honestly as an ongoing check-in, not disguised execution work.

Can we ask questions during the session, or is it a fixed presentation?

It's working time, not a presentation — bring your actual questions and your actual site. That's the format.

Is training available in French?

Yes, natively, not through translated slides — tell us which language your team works in and the whole session runs in it.

What if we need more than 4 hours in a month on the Advisory tier?

Tell us in advance and we'll scope extra time separately at the day rate, or move you to a Consulting Day for that month. We won't quietly stretch the cap.
