When you use this site, book a call, submit the contact form, or place an order, we collect: your name; email address; phone number; postal or billing address (for bookings, quotes and orders); the content of any message you send us; and, if you make a purchase, order details (the services and packages bought, and billing/company information including an EU VAT number if you provide one). We never collect or store payment card details — the checkout on this site uses a demonstration payment step that transmits and stores no card data.
We use this data to: respond to your enquiry or booking; deliver a service you’ve purchased; send you order confirmations and service-related communication; and, where you’ve consented, understand how visitors use this site through Google Analytics 4. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it for advertising.
We process your data on the following bases: performance of a contract (fulfilling an order or booking you make); legitimate interest (responding to an enquiry you initiate); and consent (Google Analytics 4, which loads only after you accept analytics cookies — see our Cookie Policy).
Order and lead submissions are delivered by email through our form-handling service on our hosting infrastructure. Where you consent to analytics, aggregated and pseudonymised usage data is processed by Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited). We don’t share your data with any other third party.
We keep enquiry and booking data for as long as necessary to respond to you and, where a service is purchased, for as long as needed to deliver it and meet our accounting and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete data we no longer need to keep for a legal reason at any time — see “Your rights” below.
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent (for analytics) at any time via the cookie preferences link in the footer. To exercise any of these rights, email support@metaseotools.com. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), the French data protection authority, at www.cnil.fr.
